Do you require a deposit?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the event date.

Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Do you require a water connection?

Access to a water source is preferred when available.

However, The Outhouse can supply water using an onboard water tank if a water connection is not available.

What is prohibited in the restrooms?

Client is responsible for damage caused by guests.

The following are prohibited: vandalism, smoking, recreational drugs, misuse of fixtures.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Normal cleaning fee is included in rate.

Additional cleaning fee will be added if an excessive mess occurs during rental.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. More than 14 days prior to the event, deposit is refundable, minus a $100 administrative fee.

Less than 14 days prior to the event, deposit is non-refundable.
